• ONLY Platinum Sponsors will be allowed to add additional company representatives above and beyond what is allocated in their sponsorship for an additional fee .  No exceptions to this policy will be made. 
• Valued Partners will not be permitted to switch off badging day per day with different company representatives.  No exceptions to this policy will be made. 
• We do not offer an a la carte option for Valued Partners’ attendance to stop by to visit with clients on a specific day – all company representatives must be registered and receive badging in order to access the conference area.  No exceptions to this policy will be made.
